Joe Ciaffoni

Joe Ciaffoni is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Board Member at Indivior since December 2024, Joe previously held leadership roles including President and CEO at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. from May 2017 to May 2024, and President of US Branded Pharmaceuticals at Endo Pharmaceuticals in late 2016. Notable prior positions include Senior Vice President at Biogen overseeing the Global Specialty Medicines Group and US Commercial operations, as well as Executive Vice President and COO at Shionogi Inc. and Vice President of Sales at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals. Joe's career began at Sanofi-Synthelabo and Regional Sales Director at Novartis.
