Vanessa Procter

Vanessa Procter currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Indivior, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Vanessa was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Sage Therapeutics from March 2019 to July 2025, overseeing corporate communications, investor relations, government affairs, and patient advocacy. Vanessa's extensive experience in government and public policy includes leadership roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from Head of U.S. Government Affairs and Public Policy to Executive Director of Government Affairs and Alliance Development. Additional experience includes positions at MedImmune and the U.S. House of Representatives as a Health Policy Advisor. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Gettysburg College.
