His 25 years in the apparel industry include pivotal roles with Club Monaco, Esprit and Bata Shoes where he sharpened his expertise in operations, visual merchandising, store design and retail marketing. Dean has architected INDOCHINO's transition from clicks to bricks, spearheading its real–estate and expansion strategy, and is also responsible for the overall aesthetic vision of the showrooms.
