Damara Anisah has work experience in various roles and industries.
From 2022 onwards, they worked at Daya Dimensi Indonesia as a Jr. Consultant/Project Manager.
From 2020 to 2022, they were at Mad Group, where they held several positions. Damara started as a Marketing Intern, during which they were in charge of the #RebelTogether engagement project. Damara then became a Marketing Analyst, responsible for gathering market information and competitor analysis. Later, they worked as an Assistant Strategist, assisting with project planning and execution. Finally, they became the Growth Director, leading the Marketing and Communication Department.
From 2016 to 2020, they worked at AIESEC in IPB. Damara served as the Local Head Director, responsible for representing the organization at various levels. Damara was also the Local Head Director of Exchange and the Lead Nurture Manager of Business to Customer. Additionally, they served as the Staff of Digital Marketing.
In 2018 and 2019, they worked at ABEST SB IPB as the Secretary of the Business and Partnership Division, where they were involved in projects like preparing Market Lab 1.0.
In 2018, they were a Business Development Trainee at PT Bank BTPN Tbk, where they worked on developing grocery stores in Bogor to improve their operations.
Damara Anisah pursued their education in the field of Business at IPB University from 2016 to 2020. During this period, they worked towards obtaining a Bachelor of Business degree.
