Novian Ade Chandra has extensive work experience in various roles. Novian Ade started their career in 2001 at PPM Institute of Management as a Core Trainer, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined AIG Life Ltd as a Training and People Development Manager, staying there until 2008. In the same year, Novian became a Consultant/Facilitator at Daya Dimensi Indonesia. Since 2013, they have been working as a Lecturer at PPM School Of Management.
