Mario Robredo

Mario Robredo has a diverse work experience in the fields of corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and business processes reengineering. Mario has held various roles at companies such as Indra, IPSA, Deloitte, and Lehman Brothers. At Indra, they served as the Head of Corporate Development at Minsait Payments and Vice President of business processes reengineering with technology. Mario also worked as an M&A Senior Manager at Indra, where they executed international acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to that, they were the Head of Corporate Development and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at IPSA. Mario started their career as a Senior Associate at Deloitte, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers, focusing on M&A and providing support to teams in London.

Mario Robredo completed a postgraduate program in Strategic Management with a focus on innovation and internationalization at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2013-2014. In 1997-1998, they obtained a Master's degree in Finance with a specialization in Financial Markets and Corporate Finance from Comillas Pontifical University. Mario earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from the University of Deusto in 1992-1997. Prior to that, they attended the Jesuits School in Bilbao from 1979 to 1991. In 2014, they also completed a course on Digital Transformation in the Financial Services Industry at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).
