Olzhas Zharmakin

Olzhas Zharmakin is a Lead Product Designer and Product Manager at inDrive, responsible for leading a design team in the passenger domain, establishing team processes, and shaping product and design vision. Zharmakin has a strong background in product design and management, having previously served as a Senior Product Designer and Product Design Chapter Lead at BTSDigital, where significant contributions included redesigning the Aitu Music streaming section and transitioning the design team to Figma. Zharmakin also mentors aspiring designers at Formfactor and has experience in various design roles, including a notable internship at Yandex. Zharmakin holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
