Steve Fillip began their work experience in 1986 as the VP of Manufacturing at Welduction Corp. Steve held this position until December 2002. In 2003, they joined Inductoheat, Inc. as the Director of Aftermarket Sales, a position they currently hold.
Steve Fillip attended Schoolcraft College - Livonia from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Steve then enrolled at Wayne State University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Business Engineering Technology.
