Steve Huber

Steve Huber has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Steve is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at INDUS Technology, Inc., where they have been since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Division Manager at INDUS Technology, Inc. starting from February 2011. Steve also has experience as the President of SH Strategies from June 2019 to April 2020. Steve served as the Planning Commissioner at the City of Oxnard from January 2011 to 2017. Steve was a Boots to Business Workshop Facilitator at SCORE from 2008 to 2017. Steve was also the President of S H Huber and Associates, Inc. from September 2008 to February 2011. Before that, Steve held the role of Commanding Officer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center from May 2004 to August 2008, and as Deputy Director of Human Systems Integration at the Naval Sea Systems Command from April 2003 to May 2004. Steve was a Fellow at Syracuse University in March 2003. Steve's earlier experience includes working as a DPM at PMS 430 from 2001 to 2003, and as the Commanding Officer of USS FIFE (DD 991) from 1998 to 2000.

Steve Huber attended the United States Naval Academy from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Oceanography/Physics. In 1992, they enrolled at the U.S. Naval War College and completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Strategic Security Planning the following year. Prior to this, from 1990 to 1992, Huber pursued further education at Old Dominion University, obtaining a Master of Arts in International Studies (MAIS).
