Jyoti Prasad Ratho

Mr. Jyoti Prasad Ratho is a Chartered Accountant with 32 years of work experience, having spent the past 18 years exclusively in the area of governance, risk and controls. He holds extensive experience in handling internal audit across BFSI as also in accountancy, business process reengineering, financial consultancy, securities management services, equity research, facilities and infrastructure management. In his current role at IndusInd Bank as Head – Inspection and Audit, he is involved in maintaining a pro-active, constructive, solutions-driven relationship to support the Bank in respect of governance, risk management and internal control. Prior to IndusInd Bank, he was with Yes Bank as Senior Group President & Country Head – Internal Audit. He was also associated with the ICICI Group for almost two decades, in various capacities including in the Audit function of the Bank and its domestic and international subsidiaries. A thorough professional, he is committed to enhancing audit efficiency and the quality management process in the function through internal and external collaboration and engagements to aid in improving the overall governance, risk & controls environment in the Bank.
