Scottie Holland is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and preconstruction leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at Industrial Project Innovation since May 2020, Scottie leads a team in delivering one of the first EV Battery Plants in the United States, addressing challenges such as Covid-19 safety protocols for over 2000 employees. Prior experience includes a tenure at Fluor Corporation from April 2009 to May 2020 as a Senior Construction Manager, where Scottie directed the construction phases of major pharmaceutical plants. During a prior role at The Shaw Group from August 2002 to August 2009, Scottie managed construction projects, focusing on operational efficiency and budget adherence. Educated in Construction Management through the NCCER Program at Clemson University in 2010, Scottie demonstrates a commitment to driving productivity and excellence in the construction industry.
