Shane Hanson has extensive work experience in project management and engineering. Shane started their career at Milliken & Company, where they worked as a Maintenance Engineer/Manager from 1998 to 2002, and then as a Facilities Engineer/Manager from 2002 to 2005. After that, they joined Wood as a Project Manager, where they stayed from 2005 to 2017, responsible for various tasks such as scope development, cost estimating, scheduling, and client interface. In 2017, they joined Fluor Corporation as a Project Manager until 2018. Currently, they are working at Industrial Project Innovation as a Project Manager, and since 2021, they have also taken on the role of Vice President - Project Success.
Shane Hanson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1992 to 1997.
