Carmen Grady has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the eCommerce Customer Service Manager at Industries for the Blind, Inc. since August 2002. Prior to this role, Carmen held the position of Executive Secretary at Ambrosia Chocolate from February 1987 to October 1995. Carmen is a graduate of South Division High School.
