Kylie Vanburen

Kylie VanBuren is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience leading transactions in the North American and European markets at Industrious since May 2019. As Director of Real Estate Transactions, Kylie oversees all acquisition activities, including financial structuring, design and construction coordination, and legal negotiations. Prior roles at Industrious include Senior Real Estate Manager, where Kylie developed a pioneering deal structure adopted by the flex industry, and Real Estate Manager, responsible for converting fixed lease obligations into variable revenue agreements during the Covid-19 pandemic. Kylie's early career included positions at CBRE, focusing on transaction management and financial analysis. Additionally, Kylie serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors for YMWREA and has held the role of Membership Chair, contributing to community outreach and membership engagement. Kylie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Colby College.
