Bas Geelen is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in strategy and innovation across a range of industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Strategy and Creative Strategist at INDUSTRY since October 2022, and as a Design Instructor at the University of Oregon since April 2023, Bas has a strong background in experience design. Previous roles include Experience Designer at Ziba Design, where leadership of front-end innovation programs was pivotal in developing sustainable strategies for Fortune 500 companies, and Design Director/Studio Manager at Studio Floris Schoonderbeek, overseeing a creative team for innovative sustainable solutions. Academic credentials include a Master of Design from Design Academy Eindhoven and a Bachelor of Applied Science from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
