Tierra Sims is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program coordination, communication, and customer service. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at Indy Chamber since November 2021, Tierra previously held the position of Secretary and Communications Chair at The Exchange at the Indianapolis Urban League, where responsibilities included managing social media platforms and designing visual content. Additional experience includes a role as a Contact Representative at DFAS, and as an Associate Coordinator for Ms. Lisa Weddings, where attention to detail and client consultation were key. Tierra's early career included positions in customer service, sales, and marketing, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Ball State University.
