Mitchell Jones is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales, business development, and management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Business Development at IndySoft since November 2009, Mitchell also holds the position of Operations Manager and Senior Trainer & Implementation Consultant. Since December 2023, Mitchell has been an Advisory Board Member (Marketing) for the National Association for Proficiency Testing, providing strategic marketing advice to enhance the organization's mission. Prior experience includes roles in protective services, intelligence, and law enforcement with the US Navy, as well as insurance sales at Travelex Insurance Services. Mitchell holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Columbia College, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University, and graduate certificates in Product Marketing and Sales Growth from Cornell University, complemented by a B.A. in Business Administration from Columbia College and a B.A. in Economics/Speech Communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
