Laura Summers

Laura Summers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at INE since June 2014, Laura has progressed from Manager of Client Success to Sales Operations Specialist within the company. Previous roles include Division Administrator at Robert Half International, where responsibilities encompassed supporting sales and recruiting teams and mentoring new staff. Laura's background also includes a part-time position as Event Lead at The Catering Company of Chapel Hill, focusing on event coordination and client relations, as well as administrative support at DPR Hardin Construction. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
