Matt manages and builds out INEE's partnership, grants, and internal M&E systems. He is a seasoned aid, peacebuilding, and development professional with ten years’ experience, specializing in education in crisis, child protection, peace and conflict, and youth development. He has worked with civil society organizations across sub-Saharan Africa and Asia-Pacific as well as with international NGOs and foundations on strategy, capacity building, and M&E. Matt also spent 7 years working with UNICEF in diverse areas, including EiE technical support, capacity development, and knowledge management. Matt’s master’s degree is in International Educational Development (Policy and Peace) from Columbia University Teachers College and his bachelor’s degree is in International Studies (Peacebuilding and Development) from American University’s School of International Service.
