Johan Huijbregts

Johan Huijbregts is an experienced sales and business development professional currently serving as Sales Manager - EMEA at ALTA Performance Materials since April 2025, where Johan leads a European regional sales team. Previously, Johan held the position of Global Business Development Lead at INEOS, coordinating global market development initiatives. Johan has also worked as Sales Manager - EMEA Composites for INEOS and as Sales Manager - EMEA at Ashland Performance Materials. Johan's earlier career includes various roles at The Dow Chemical Company, including Team Leader for the CASE Group and Key Account Manager, and as European Sales Manager at Hyperlast. Educationally, Johan holds a BA in German Language from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and has completed numerous professional training courses, including in sales and language proficiency.
