Kathryn Shuler

Kathryn Shuler has extensive experience in community relations, project management, and business development, currently serving as the Manager of Community Relations and Special Projects at INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA since 2005. In this role, Kathryn leads the INEOS ICAN Foundation and oversees The Daily Mile outreach program, which provides free resources to schools globally. With a background as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Kathryn has successfully completed improvement initiatives valued over $1 million. Previous positions include Business Development Manager and Marketing Group Manager at INEOS, and R&D Chemist at BP. Kathryn holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as additional business education from the University of Michigan.
