Kevin Schwerdtfeger

Kevin Schwerdtfeger currently serves as the Mechanical Recycling Technology Development Manager at INEOS, focusing on the development of technical solutions for polyolefin plants to enhance sustainability efforts. Prior experience includes a role as Engineer Circular Solutions at INEOS Styrolution, where Kevin supported a food contact polystyrene recycling plant project, as well as serving as Project Engineering Manager for ABS Recycling. Kevin's career began with academic roles and internships in chemical engineering, including research positions at BASF and the University of Maryland College Park, and practical experience in plant operations at Galata Chemicals, LLC. Kevin holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mannheim and a Chemikant degree from BBS Naturwissenschaften Ludwigshafen.
