Sebastian Benavides

Sebastian Benavides is a Senior Technical Service Engineer at INEOS since January 2018, providing technical support for GAS/SPEC customers in the US and Latin America, focusing on process design, troubleshooting, unit optimization, and training, as well as presenting at key industry conferences. Previously, as an Engineering Intern at Ecolab in 2017, Sebastian led a project that significantly reduced liquid mixing batch cycle times, managed high-speed door installations, and delivered capital approval requests. In 2016, during tenure as a Manufacturing Engineer at Nalco Champion, Sebastian managed projects to enhance plant operations and safety compliance, improved batch scheduling for cost savings, and gained valuable insights into engineering standards. Sebastian holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2017.
