Pooja Shah

Pooja is leading the legal operations at Infibeam Avenues Limited. She has got vast experience in handling multifaceted legal projects involving commercial issues. She specializes in skills including drafting, vetting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Prior to joining Infibeam, she has worked as an intern with J Sagar Associates, Khaitan & Co, Desai & Diwanji and Fox & Mandal. She has also worked as In- house legal advisor to Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited. She has completed her graduation with Hons i.e. B.A. LL.B (Hons) from Nirma University, Institute of Law, and Masters in Commercial Law from George Washington University USA. She has also cleared Company Secretary (Executive Level).
