Peter Holrick has extensive experience in project management and process optimization. Peter started their career at Procter & Gamble, where they were responsible for leading a team in the production of electric razors. Peter then moved on to SCHOTT, where they held various project management roles, focusing on sales tools, process change, and IT tools. Peter later became the Head of Sales Digitalization & Process Management, leading a team of project managers in creating easy-to-use IT tools for the entire customer journey. Currently, they are the Head of Global Sales and Service Excellence at INFICON, where they are focused on improving the (pre-)sales and service process to enhance customer experience.
Peter Holrick earned a Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they studied from 1996 to 2003. Additionally, they participated in a study exchange program in Business Administration at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2000 to 2001.
In terms of certifications, Peter obtained the certification in Leadership in the AI age from AI Business School in September 2021. In September 2018, they completed the Social Selling Mastery certification from SalesforLife. Prior to that, in October 2017, Peter became a Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA Level B) through GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V.
