Dr. Olaf Herzog

Dr. Olaf Herzog is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor manufacturing industry with extensive experience in supply chain management, factory integration, and digitalization strategies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Infineon Technologies since July 2014, Dr. Herzog has held multiple leadership roles, including overseeing factory systems and implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives. Prior to Infineon, roles included Director of Manufacturing Systems at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and various director-level positions at AMD, focusing on manufacturing services, operations, and factory automation. Dr. Herzog began their career at Fraunhofer IPA and holds a Dipl.-Ing. from the Technical University of Munich and a PhD in Manufacturing Technology from the Technical University of Stuttgart.
