Melissa Manriquez

Melissa (Missy) Manriquez is an experienced recruiting and talent management professional with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Infineon Technologies since December 2020, Missy previously held the position of Talent Manager at RoseRyan from May 2014 to March 2020, focusing on recruiting, scheduling, and learning and development. Prior to this, Missy spent over 14 years at Deloitte in various roles, including Learning Development and Operations Manager and Executive Placement, emphasizing strategic relationship management. Earlier positions included inside sales roles at Avnet Electronics Marketing, Marshall, and Arrow Electronics. Missy holds a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Education from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from California State University, Chico.
