Rigor Cabunag

Rigor Cabunag is a highly experienced Senior Staff Test Development Engineer at Infineon Technologies, where responsibilities include developing test programs for various ATE platforms, executing high parallelism conversion and test platform migration, and facilitating knowledge transfer to production.
