Susanne Merbold

Susanne Merbold is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in communication, marketing, and leadership. Currently, Susanne serves as the Founder, Explorer, and Creator at soulolution since January 2000. In addition, Susanne holds various roles at Infineon Technologies, including Head of Adventure, Senior Communication Manager, and Chief Happiness Officer, while also being on parental leave. Previous positions include Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Capgemini Engineering, Senior Marketing Manager at Getty Images, and Art Director roles at Hubert Burda Media and HEAD. Susanne's educational background features an MBA in Sustainable Leadership from Macquarie Business School and a Diploma in Graphic & Communication Design from Rhein-Sieg-Akademie, along with training in Business and Life Coaching from Transformation Academy.
