Sanne van Heuveln

Sanne van Heuveln is an experienced Senior UX Researcher at Infinitas Learning, focusing on creating effective learning experiences to enhance educational outcomes for educators and learners. Previous roles include UX Researcher at Bureau Box, where Sanne contributed to social impact through co-creating innovative educational products, and Project Lead for the Teaching Academy at Delft University of Technology, enhancing learning experiences and facilitating educational innovations. Sanne has also worked as a UX Designer at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, improving employee interaction in the cabin crew briefing environment, and held teaching positions at Delft University of Technology and Da Vinci College, fostering competencies in research, design, and education. Sanne holds multiple degrees from Delft University of Technology, including a Doctorandus in Science Education and Communication and an Ingenieur in Design for Interaction.
