Phil Weatherly

Phil Weatherly has extensive experience in business development and government relations, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Walton EMC since June 2016. Prior to this role, Weatherly held the position of Business Development Manager at Gas South from November 2007, and served as Senior Government Relations Representative at Georgia EMC from March 1996 to November 2007. Weatherly began a career in government relations as a Legislative Specialist and Government Relations Representative at Oglethorpe Power Corporation from November 1989 to March 1996. Weatherly holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Policy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies and Government Administration, both from Georgia State University.
