Marianne Nassar is a research scientist at Infinite Roots® (formerly Mushlabs), with experience as an intern and junior research scientist. Marianne has a Master's degree in Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology, where Marianne conducted research on Mean Ionic Activity Coefficients. Marianne also has experience in thermodynamic data analysis and quality control lab work in the brewing industry.
