Rick Swartz

Rick Swartz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Infinity Technology, LLC since November 2021, Rick previously held the role of Senior VP for Corporate Development and Strategy at Parra Consulting Group, Inc. from January 2020 to November 2021. Their career includes leadership positions at Syneren Technologies Corporation and ValidaTek, where Rick focused on business development with federal agencies. Rick also brings academic experience as an Associate Professor at the University of Maryland University College, contributing to courses in computer science and cybersecurity. With prior roles as CTO at Three Saints Bay, LLC, and Chenega Corporation, as well as significant leadership at the US Treasury and the Bureau of the Census, Rick has demonstrated expertise in technology management and strategic planning. Rick holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Maryland.
