Previously, James served as an Operations Intern at Siemens in 2018, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with specifications and monitoring job progress alongside project management. James's early career includes maintenance work with the City of Independence, Ohio, from 2013 to 2017, focusing on machinery repair and employee supervision. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University, completed in 2019, and graduated from Independence High School in 2015.
