Martina Šnajder

Martina Šnajder is an experienced Project Manager and Agile Coach at Infinum since June 2019. Prior to this role, Martina served as a Scrum Master at KING ICT, managing seven core and five satellite teams on a complex project for a major client. From December 2013 to June 2018, Martina was a Project Manager at Dream Implementation, where responsibilities included delivering projects on time and within budget using Agile methodologies, as well as maintaining client relationships. Martina also has a background as a Frontend Developer, with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and PHP, contributing to various web applications. Education includes a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies, both obtained from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb.
