Jennifer Saunders is the Vice President, Global Product Management at MercuryGate. Jennifer is responsible for the strategic direction of innovative strategies and product roadmap—increasing the customer adoption and satisfaction levels for the suite of products.
Jennifer draws upon more than 20 years of previous experience in the supply chain from carrier to broker and operations to product management. Additionally, Jennifer served in several crucial roles within MercuryGate’s professional services organization, such as managing project solution architects, evolving implementation methodology, and leading education programs for both customers and employees.
Previously, Jennifer worked at MIQ Logistics and served the different customer sectors for logistics service providers (LSP) by developing and implementing strategic client initiatives.
