Jessica (Jess) Ma is an accomplished Client Delivery Executive at Inflection AI, overseeing the delivery of innovative AI solutions that enhance customer experiences. With a rich background in customer success leadership across several organizations such as Everlaw and MindTickle, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in service delivery, customer engagement, and professional services.
