Russell Gleason is a Technical Design Engineer at ColdQuanta since April 2021, having previously held roles as a Vacuum Engineer and Jr. R&D Engineer. Between January 2018 and May 2020, Russell was a Graduate Student Researcher at the Colorado School of Mines, focusing on ceramic processing and engineering using machine learning and statistical data analysis in Python. Russell has also served as a Gymnastics Instructor at Xtreme Altitude Gymnastics from June 2016 to June 2019, and as a Consultant at Weissinger Solutions from May 2015 to January 2018, conducting physics research for proprietary devices. Teaching experience includes positions at Front Range Community College and the University of Northern Colorado, covering physics and science courses, as well as various roles in laboratory coordination and curriculum development at Occidental College and Los Angeles Pierce College. Russell holds a Master's degree in Materials Science from Colorado School of Mines and an MS in Physics from California State University, Long Beach, complemented by a dual degree in Physics and Mathematics from California State University, Fullerton.
