As a Partner and head of our origination team, Andrew coordinates and supports the firm’s deal sourcing activity as well as cultivating and expanding our network of senior industry contacts.
Inflexion has carefully built a network of senior professionals over many years and the firm places great value on these relationships. Andrew’s role is to enable well-connected industry leaders and ambitious entrepreneurs to get to know Inflexion better and to mobilise our network of senior professionals, which has been carefully built over many years, to help grow the value of our portfolio companies. Andrew was involved in our investment in O'Neill Patient.
Andrew previously spent 10 years as a Partner at Skillcapital, a prominent global executive search firm dedicated to the private equity industry. There he built strong links to entrepreneurs, CEOs, NEDs and Chairmen across Europe in a wide range of organisations, from private businesses to large listed companies.
Prior to Skillcapital, Andrew was a consultant at BCG and a senior correspondent and news editor at Reuters where he completed postings in London, Moscow, Singapore, New York and Washington.
Andrew is married with four children, all boys, and usually fails to relax by running and sailing. He has a MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and received his MBA from INSEAD.
