Partner And General Counsel at Inflexion

Andrew is responsible for the legal function and he oversees the firm’s range of transactional and corporate legal, governance and compliance obligations.

Andrew started his legal career at Slaughter and May, where he spent nearly six years advising a broad range of corporate and fund clients on a variety of acquisitions, disposals and general corporate finance matters. He then moved to Och-Ziff Management Europe, where he was Legal Counsel primarily responsible for European private equity and private debt investments.

Andrew also spent time as Vice President at HPS Investment Partners, where he worked on complex and heavily structured private equity investments.

When not spending time with his young family, Andrew is a keen runner, skier and occasional fly fisherman. He has an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
