Mike Arshinskiy

Mike Arshinskiy is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading digital and technological initiatives. Currently serving as Technology Director at Inflexion since January 2022, Mike previously co-founded Deloitte Digital in Austria and was recognized as the youngest partner at Deloitte at the age of 30. While at Deloitte Digital Austria from July 2017 to December 2021, Mike was instrumental in building a team of skilled technologists and marketing professionals. As the Innovation Leader for Deloitte Österreich from June 2019 to December 2021, Mike emphasized the principle that "what is good for our clients is good for us." Mike's career at Deloitte also included roles as Senior Manager, Manager and National Leader in Analytics, as well as Analyst in Real Estate and Hospitality Management, from 2008 to July 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from Webster Vienna Private University and a degree in International Marketing and Management from Lauder Business School.
