Neil Hamilton

Neil Hamilton currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Infobase since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance at CIBT from December 2018 to August 2021 and Corporate Controller at LaserShip from July 2015 to December 2018. Neil began a career in accounting at PwC, where responsibilities included serving as an Audit Manager from September 2008 to July 2015, with expertise in financial statement audits across various sectors such as government contracting and aerospace. Technical accounting skills encompass revenue recognition and lease accounting, among others, and Neil has experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and controls design. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Maryland and a Master's in Accounting from William & Mary.
