Luka Čiča is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in B2B sales and account management, currently serving as Head of Mid Market Europe at Infobip since March 2013. In this role, Luka focuses on achieving financial KPIs, supports teams through coaching and sales strategy development, and enhances the understanding of market dynamics among squad members. Prior to this position, Luka held various roles, including Key Account Executive specializing in A2P messaging and cloud-based solutions, and gained valuable marketing and sales experience at KALI Advertising Agency and Vodoskok d.d. Luka's career began in administrative roles at Castrol and Pedersen & Partners. Luka holds a Master’s degree in Organization & Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb.
