Vishal Arora

Vishal Arora is a data scientist and data analyst with extensive experience in providing business insights and improving customer service through data-driven solutions. Currently at InfoCentric since July 2014, Vishal utilizes natural language processing to analyze customer feedback for the automotive sector. Additionally, at Coles since June 2016, Vishal leads a project to predict product availability on store shelves, managing stakeholder data collection. Previous roles include designing applications for Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and analyzing application logs for Medibank. With a background in software development at National Australia Bank and Oracle, Vishal has contributed to various retail banking projects. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjab Technical University and a high school diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from DAV School, Amritsar.
