Ankit Arora is a seasoned professional in resource management and human resources with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Resource Management Group at Infogain since June 2022, Ankit focuses on resource allocation, demand validation, and workforce planning. Prior to this, Ankit held various roles including HR Business Partner at VA TECH WABAG LTD., where responsibilities included employee engagement and talent management, and Resource Manager at HCL Infosystems, overseeing internal staffing and resource management for a large employee pool.
