Harmash Roman

Harmash Roman is a Senior Software Developer and Line Manager at Infopulse, where responsibilities include managing a team of up to 25 developers, recruiting, and overseeing personal development and performance appraisals. Harmash also serves as a full stack developer for an internal product at Bosch that automates production processes. In addition to practical experience, Harmash lectures at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in collaboration with the university. Prior experience includes roles as an Information Technology Teacher and Technical Project Lead at BIONIC University, where Harmash developed various educational platforms and course programs. Harmash holds a Master's degree in Computer-integrated manufacturing processes and production and a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Computer Integrated Technologies from the same institution.
