Irina Finberg

Irina Finberg is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the IT and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition team at Infopulse since January 2016, Irina has held several positions there, including Recruitment Manager and Senior IT Recruiter. In May 2024, Irina took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager for Ukraine at Tietoevry. Prior to this, Irina worked as Country Manager and Senior Consultant at Brainpower - BPI Group from January 2007 to November 2013, and held various HR roles at the Kiev Institute for Communal and Welfare workers, AJJDC from September 2003 to January 2007. Irina holds a Master’s degree in Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', obtained between 1997 and 2003.
