Iryna Humenyuk

Iryna Humenyuk is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and HR operations with extensive experience in building and leading international teams across multiple countries. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Section at Infopulse since December 2012, Iryna has successfully developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies, managed recruitment processes, and collaborated with various departments to align HR functions with organizational objectives. Prior roles at Infopulse include Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior IT Recruiter, where Iryna honed skills in recruitment strategy, candidate assessment, and team coordination. Earlier career experiences include personal assistant positions at PJSC Universal Bank and ING, as well as teaching English at the Cambridge Centre, showcasing a versatile background in administration, communication, and education. Iryna holds a Master's Degree in Psychology and an MA in Interpretation/Translation from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
