Oksana Gryshchenko

Oksana Gryshchenko is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in optimizing financial operations and ensuring timely cash collection. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Customer Operations Specialist at BICS since August 2017, Oksana has a strong background in collection processes and partner relationships, further augmented by previous roles as a Middle Financial Customer Operations Specialist. In addition to financial expertise, Oksana is the Head of the CSR Committee in the Telecom-Business Unit at Infopulse, promoting volunteerism and social projects. Oksana's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in co-founding Casual Friday, where a significant reduction in accounts receivable aging was achieved. Earlier experience includes auditing at Deloitte Ukraine, where contributions were made to complex audit assignments and financial statement preparations. Oksana holds two Master’s Degrees in Management of Small and Medium Enterprises and Business Administration and Management.
