Karyn Coombes

Karyn Coombes, FCMA, CGMA, currently serves as Global Head of Service Delivery and Divisional VP of Finance at Informa since February 2022. Prior roles include Head of Finance at OVO from January 2019 to August 2021, where Karyn led M&A integration and finance transformation, overseeing a team of over 80 FTE. As Group Financial Controller and Acting Director at Ecotricity from September 2015 to November 2018, Karyn was responsible for finance, procurement, and stakeholder management, successfully delivering a five-year financial plan that raised £30 million for acquisitions. Previous experiences also include positions at Future plc, Müller Wiseman Dairies, Arla Foods, Virgin Media, CPC Packaging, Excel plc, and Sauflon Pharmaceuticals. Karyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and Law from Kingston University.
